含氟、磷、锰的酸性放射性废水处理工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用石灰乳二步中和-硫酸钡共载沉淀除镭-硫酸铝除氟工艺处理含氟、磷、锰的酸性放射性工艺废水。分别考察了石灰乳、氯化钡以及混凝除氟试剂用量对除杂质效果的影响。试验结果表明,当每m3废水生石灰用量约为40.10kg,氯化钡用量为5g,除氟试剂用量约为18.02g时,处理后的废水符合排放标准的要求。 Two stage neutralization by lime milk-barium chloride to coprecipitate radium-aluminum sulfate to remove fluorine were employed to treat acid radioactive effluent with fluorine, phosphorus and manganese. The influence factors of removal efficiency by the dosage of removal reagents such as con- sumption of lime, barium chloride and fluorine removal reagent were investigated. The experimental results indicates that after treatment the effluent, the impurities in the effluent meet the national discharge standard, and technology process reaches the requirement. The consumption of lime milk, barium chloride and fluorine removal reagent for treatment one cubic meter effluent is 40.10 kg, 5 g and 18.02 g respectively.
