摘要
SWRCH22A冷镦钢在使用过程中容易发生拉拔断裂现象,对出现的几种拉拔断裂断口形式进行研究分析,总结了造成拉拔断裂的原因,主要是铸坯内部质量、金相组织以及模具未对中,并提出改进措施。
In the process of using SWRCH22A cold heading steel,there is drawing fracture.In the paper,several types of fracture for drawing fracture are studied and analyzed.Moreover,its causes are mainly the internal quality,metallographic structure and mould of slab are not centring as well as the improvement measures are proposed.
