某轧钢车间厂房下柱托梁截柱改造设计

Transformation Design for Cutted Column of Joist for Lower Prop of Plant Building in Rolling Plant

针对包钢集团轨梁生产线改造工程,结合生产工艺的使用要求,对原有轧钢车间矫直机跨U列和H列的137~#和142~#厂房下柱进行抽柱改造,采取＂托梁截柱＂的方案实施改造,仅将需抽掉的厂房柱下柱截除,上柱及屋面系统仍保留原有结构,采取可靠的设计构造和施工措施,既实现了新的生产工艺要求,又保证了厂房系统的空间整体性,并兼顾了改造工作经济合理性。

The 137~#lower prop in U column and 142~#lower prop in H column of plant building for straightener in the former rolling plant are transformed with removing column combining with the operating requirements of production technology aiming at the reconstructed project for production line of rail beam of Baotou Steel.With the scheme of cutting column of joist,the lower prop of plant building needed to be removed is cut,the upper prop and roofing system still remain the original structure.With the reliable design structure and construction measures,the new production process requirements could be realized,overall space of plant building system and economic reasonability of the transformation could be guaranteed.
