烧结烟气湿法脱硫工艺运行参数的研究

Study on Operational Parameters of Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization for Sintering

文章详细介绍了烧结烟气湿法脱硫原理、脱硫技术,研究了烧结烟气湿法脱硫工艺的运行参数对脱硫效率的影响。通过研究烟气流速、烟气温度、脱硫剂与气体的接触面积、烟气中SO2浓度、运行时间等运行参数,得出了各参数对脱硫效率的影响程度。提出了各参数的最佳运行值对提高脱硫效率至关重要。本文对烧结烟气脱硫系统的安全、稳定、高效的运行具有非常实际的指导意义。

In the paper,it is introduced the principle and technology of wet flue gas desulfurization for sintering in detail as well as studied the effects of its operational parameters as flue gas velocity and temperature,contact area of desulfurizer and gas,concentration of SO2 in flue gas and running time on desulfurization efficiency.Moreover,the optimal running values of each parameter is fatal for improving desulfurization efficiency,which could be as practical guidance for safe,stable and efficient operations of flue gas desulfurization system for sintering.
