摘要
对目前我国交通运输职业教育产教融合、校企合作方面存在的问题进行了深入分析,对如何推进产教融合、校企合作,提高人才培养质量提出了很好的解决方案:进一步发挥国家政策、政府的引导作用;发挥学校人才培养的主导作用;发挥企业在人才培养过程中的主体作用。对职业院校加强校企合作具有很好启发和指导作用。
The article analyzes problems in the integration of production and education, and college-enterprise cooperation in transportation vocational education, and comes up with settlement scheme to promote the integration and cooperation, and improve talent cultivation quality： further give play to the guidance role of state policy and government, the leading role of school talent training, and the principal role of enterprises in talent training process. This has the function of enlightenment and guidance in strengthening college-enterprise cooperation.
