高职辅导员是开展大学生日常思想政治教育和管理的骨干力量,承担着大学生思想引导、学业指导、心理疏导、就业指导等工作职责。辅导员是与学生接触最多、对学生影响最大的老师,是大学生的人生导师,又是他们健康成长的知心朋友。基于分析高职院校学生的特点和诉求的基础上,了解辅导员目前工作中存在的突出问题,进一步明确高职院校辅导员工作的着力点,提升辅导员的职业能力和大学生思想政治教育实效性,推进高职辅导员队伍职业化、专业化进程。

Higher vocational counselors are the backbone strength to carry out college students＇ daily ideological and political education. They undertake the responsibilities of college students＇ ideological guidance, academic guidance, psychological counseling, employment guidance, etc. Counselors are the teachers who contact most with the students, and influence the students greatly. They are college students＇ life advisor, and intimate friends for their healthy growth. Based on the analysis of higher vocational students＇ characteristics and demands, it understands outstanding issues in the current work, further defines the focus of higher vocational counselor work, promotes counselor＇s professional ability and college students＇ ideological and political education effect, and improves the professionalization and specialization of higher vocational counselors.
