《女女女》中的幺姑在洗澡中风偏瘫前后的两种生存状态都是异化的生存境况。前者是在极端道德主义压抑下的异化生存,中风之后的幺姑则陷入了极端无道德主义的异化生存境况。这两种道德全都是异化了的道德,真正的道德应该是在自由意志的前提下进行自我立法、自我约束的道德自律;同样,这两种生存境况也都不是正常的生存状态,是极端主义影响下的人性异化,真正的生存应该是在生理自由的基础上去追求精神世界的自由和灵魂的进一步提升。
