SOLOMO时代的到来为图书馆服务带来机遇的同时也提出了挑战。论文介绍了SOLOMO环境下O2O,分析了O2O引入图书馆的必要性与可行性,探析了O2O在图书馆服务创新中的四种应用:嵌入式的互动服务,本地化服务,签到服务以及建立读者资源库等,为图书馆应对SOLOMO环境的挑战提供了思路与途径。

Abstract The arrival of the SOLOMO era brings the opportunity to the library service and also the challenges. This paper introduces the O2O under the SOLOMO environment, analyzes necessity and feasibility of O2O in the library. Finally, it puts forward some services innovation based on the O2O, such as the interactive services, localization services, registration services, establishing reader resources and so on. All of that provides ideas and .ways for the libraries to deal with the challenges of SOLOMO environment.
