On the Investigation and Identification of a Fire Case with Human Casualties at a Construction Site

The investigation of a fire at a construction site is hard to conduct due to the complexity of a site and mul- tiple factors that cause a fire. This paper introduces the way to investigate and identify a fire case with human casual- ties at a site. It is concluded that the fire was caused by electrical fault based on on - spot investigation, experiments and technological process. The paper suggests some measures in terms of the improvement of fire safety management at a site, the clarifying the responsibility of supervision, the raising of the grade of fire resistance about make - up buildings at a site.
