摘要
近10年,电力需求迅速增加,电网规模不断扩大,工程建设步伐加快,电力走廊资源越来越紧张。为加强落实电力通道走廊房屋的拆迁补偿工作,采用无人机对线路沿线进行航摄,通过建立三维可视化房屋拆迁管理系统,开展特高压工程房屋拆迁管理应用研究。系统整合设计院、施工单位以及无人机航拍影像等多源数据,实现快速查询统计房屋拆迁量,并分析差异的原因,为电网工程的统筹建设提供更加切实、准确、可信的现场房屋拆迁信息,从而降低协调难度,为解决后期遗留问题提供依据,有助于提高电网建设水平,对实现精益化管理具有重要意义。
In Irecent ten years, the power demand is increasing rapidly, the continuous expansion of network scale, construction faster and faster pace, power corridor resources increasingly tense. To strengthen the implementation of the work of demolition compensation power corridor housing, the UAV to electric power construction along the aerial, through the establishment of three-dimensional visualization of house demolition management system, carry out the research on the application of Housing Units management UHV Engineering. The integration of Design Institute, the construction unit and the UAV aerial image data, fast inquiry statistics amount of house demolition, and analyze the reasons for differences in the amount of demolition.To provide more practical, accurate, credible information site housing units for overall construction of grid project, thereby reducing the dififculty of coordination, in order to solve the problems left over by the later provides the basis, help to improve the construction level of the power grid, has the vital signiifcance to the implementation of lean management.
