甘露醇与七叶皂苷钠联合治疗脑出血的效果研究

Effect of cerebral hemorrhage mannitol and sodium aescinate combination therapy

目的：研究甘露醇与七叶皂苷钠联合治疗脑出血疗效。方法：研究年度2015年1月-2015年12月，纳入对象脑出血有78例，数字法分组。施行甘露醇治疗者共39例，设对照组；施行甘露醇联合七叶皂苷钠治疗者共39例，设研究组。组间比较。结果：两组中研究组的GSS评分下降幅度更大，血肿量明显减小，治疗有效率更高，不良反应率更低，有显著差异（P〈0．05），且具统计学意义。结论：甘露醇与七叶皂苷钠联合治疗脑出血效果较佳，治疗有效且安全，建议推广。

Objective：To study the mannitol and sodium aescinate comhination therapy of cerebral hemorrhage. Me!hod：From January 2015 to 2015 December,78 cerebral hemorrhage cases were studied hy digital paeket method. Mannitol treatment implemented a total of 39 cases, control group; the purposes of mannitol therapy Sodium Aescinate were a total of 39 cases, set up study groups. Comparison was made between groups.Results：GSS groups in the study group ratings greater decline, significantly reduced the amount of hematoma, treatment more efficient, lower rate of adverse reactions,there are signifieanl differenees（P〈0.05）, possessed statistical slgnificance.Conclusion：mannitol and sodium aescinate eombination therapy of cerebral hemorrhage ：is better,and the treatment is effective anti safe,which is recommended to be promoted widely.
