急性发作期过敏性鼻炎的针灸治疗效果分析

Analysis of curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in acute stage of allergic rhinitis

目的:探究急性发作期过敏性鼻炎的针灸治疗效果。方法:选取某校门诊部收治的急性发作期过敏性鼻炎患者120例,采用随机分组方式,将其分为实验组与对照组,各60例。对于对照组,采用常规药物治疗,对于实验组,采用针灸治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、复发率与不良反应情况。结果:采用针灸治疗的实验组在治疗效果、复发率以及不良反应情况方面均明显优于采用常规药物治疗的对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性发作期过敏性鼻炎患者,采用针灸治疗,效果显著,值得广泛推广。

Objective：To explore the acute attack stage of allergic rhinitis curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods：In our hospital were acute attack stage of allergic rhinitis patients with 120 cases, by randomly, divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in each. For the control group by routine drug treatment, for the experimental group, the acupuncture treatment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups of patients, recurrence rate and adverse reactions.Results：the acupuncture treatment in the experimental group in the therapeutic effect, recurrence rate and adverse reactions were significantly better than using conventional drug treatment in the control group, differences were significant , with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：in the acute exacerbation of allergic rhinitis patients treated by acupuncture, the effect is significant, and is worthy of popularization.
