摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务在体检中心的运用效果。方法:北京市体检中心2014年10-12月共接待1200例受检者,设为对照组;另选取2015年10-12月实施优质护理服务后接待的1200例受检者,设为观察组。总结两组受检者的体检时间、护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组受检者的体检时间(39.5±2.4)min,明显短于对照组受检者(57.2±3.1)min,P〈0.05;观察组护理工作满意度为97.5%(1170/1200),对照组受检者满意度为78.75%(945/1200),差异显著,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在体检中心实施优质护理服务模式,能够缩短受检者体检时间,提升受检者对护理工作的满意程度,提高工作效率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the use of high-quality care at the medical center.Methods: The medical center in Beijing 2014/10-12 received a total of 1200 eases of subjects,to the control group;the other selected 2015/10-12 after the implementation of the quality of care received 1200 eases of subjects,observation group.Summarize two subjects examination time nursing satisfaction.Results:The subjects of examination time (39.5 ±2.4rain), significantly shorter than the control group subjects (57.2 ±3.1min),P〈0.05;observation group nursing job satisfaction is 97.5%(1170/1200) the control group subject's satisfaction 78.75%(945/1200),the difference was significant,P〈0.05,statistieally significant.Conclusion:The medical center to implement quality care mode, subjects can be reduced examination time,enhance the subject of nursing job satisfaction and improve work efficiency.
