乙肝病毒性肝炎患者两对半临床医学检验分析

目的:分析乙型病毒性肝炎患者两对半临床医学检验方法,以期为临床治疗提供有效参考。方法:选取肝炎患者130例,采取血清标本,采用酶联免疫法进行乙型肝炎病毒标志物检测及两对半检测法进行检验。结果:85例患者检测出HBV-DNA定量为阳性,检出率为65.4%,其中阳性标志物HBs Ag、HBs Ag、抗-HBc的HBV-DNA的检出率最高,抗-HBc的检出率最低。结论:对乙型病毒性肝炎患者采用两对半临床医学检验,能够促进防治措施的针对性。

Objective：To analyze hepatitis b patients with viral hepatitis two half-and-half inspection method of clinical medicine,so as to provide effective reference for clinical treatment.Selection Methods： 130 cases of patients with hepatitis were selected,take the patient＇s serum specimens were taken, using enzyme-linked immunoassay to hepatitis b virus markers detection and test two half-and-half assay.Results：85 patients were detected HBV-DNA quantitative positive detection rate of 65.4%, in which positive markers of HBsAg and HBsAg, anti-HBV-DNA has the highest detection rate of HBc,anti-the lowest rate of HBc. Conclusion：In patients with hepatitis b viral hepatitis using two half-and-half clinical medical test,can promote the prevention and control measures of pertinence.
