摘要
为了探索循证医学教学法在心血管内科临床实习教学中的应用价值,将在心血管内科实习80名本科实习生分成实验组和对照组,出科时予以理论知识考试、教学满意度和学习效果问卷调查。结果实验组在提高理论知识掌握程度、教学满意度、学习兴趣、学习能力、沟通能力、发现和解决临床问题能力以及促进临床辩证思维形成等方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。提示在心血管内科临床实习教学中应用循证医学教学能更好地提高教学效果。
To observe the effects of evidence-based medicine teaching (EBMT) in cardiovascular medical interns, eighty clinical medicine undergraduates were divided into experiment group and control group.At the end of the practice, theory examination, satisfactoin survey of teaching and learning effect were carried out. Scores of theory examination, satisfactoin of teaching, learning interest and ability, communication skill, the ability to find and solve the clinical problems, clinical dialectical thinking formation in experiment group were significally better than those in control group (P〈0.05). EBMT is better for improving the teaching effects of cardiovascular medical interns.
