污泥烧结页岩多孔砖墙体热工性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究污泥烧结页岩多孔砖墙体热工性能以及不同孔型的砖体和不同墙体构造的砖墙传热系数差异。通过热线法测定污泥烧结页岩砖导热系数以及通过防护热箱法对6面污泥烧结页岩多孔砖墙体进行传热系数检测。分析结果表明,矩形孔砖墙体热工性能比圆形孔砖墙体热工性能好,两面抹灰的墙体比素砖墙体热工性能好,一面抹灰,另外一面贴聚苯乙烯塑料板的墙体比两面抹灰的墙体热工性能好,保温层导热系数越小,对整个墙体的保温贡献越大。通过试验数据可以得出矩形孔污泥烧结页岩砖传热系数小,保温性能好,建议推广使用。 In order to study the sludge sintered porous brick wall thermal properties and difference in heat transfer coefficient of brick wall with different hole pattern bricks and different wall structures,the thermal conductivity of sludge sintered shale brick was determined with the hotline method,and the heat transfer coefficient of six sludge sintered shale brick wall surfaces was de- tected through protection hot box method. Analysis results show that the thermal performance of rectangular hole porous brick wall is better than that of the round hole perforated brick wall,the thermal performance of wall with two sides plastered is better than that of the plain brick wall,the thermal performance of wall with one side plastered and the other side stuck a polystyrene plastic panel is better than that of the wall with two side plastered. The smaller the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the thermal in- sulation layer, the greater is the contribution to the whole wall heat preservation. We can conclude from the test data that the rectangle hole sludge sintered shale brick has small heat transfer coefficient and good heat preservation performance,which is rec- ommended for wide application.
