掺锂渣再生混凝土梁裂缝及正常使用极限荷载研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过9根掺锂渣再生混凝土受弯梁试验,分析再生粗骨料取代率和锂渣掺量对再生混凝土受弯梁的裂缝数量、间距和宽度,以及正常使用极限荷载的影响。结果表明,锂渣与再生粗骨料用于混凝土的拌制,在一定程度上减小了裂缝间距和最大裂缝宽度,并提高了试验梁的正常使用极限荷载。通过对试验数据的分析,推荐适合掺锂渣再生混凝土受弯梁最大裂缝宽度计算和正常使用极限荷载计算的公式。 Based on the test results of 9 recycled aggregate concrete bending beams incorporated lithium slag, the influencing factors,such as the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate,the lithium slag content,on crack numbers,width,crack spacing and ultimate load in normal operating condition are studied. The results show that lithium slag and recyclecl coarse aggregate added into the concrete can decrease crack spacing and maximum crack widths,and improve the load in normal operating condi- tion. By the analysis of test data,recommending the formulas of maximum crack widths and ultimate load in normal operating con- dition of recycled aggregate concrete beam incorporated lithium slag.
