摘要:钛金属及其合金具有质量轻、强度高、加工焊接性能好、耐腐蚀等优异性能,在建筑领域的应用日益广泛。采用简单的电化学法制各出超疏水自清洁钛片,其接触角高达170°,滚动角为3°。讨论了反应时间和反应电压对钛片表面润湿性的影响。所制备的钛片具有稳定的超疏水性,可耐高低温(-10~100℃)、耐酸碱腐蚀及耐水柱的反复冲击。钛金属及其合金的超疏水自清洁性能够提高自身耐污性能,更有助于钛金属及其合金在户外建筑中的应用。
Titanium and titanium alloy have been applied to the field of architecture because of their excellent properties, such as light weight,high strength,good machinability,high corrosion resistance,and so on. In this paper, superhydrepbobic and self-cleaning titanium surface with a water contact angle as high as 170° and a sliding angle of 3° was prepared via a simple electrochemical method. The effects of reaction time and voltage on titanium surface wettability were discussed. In addition, as-pre- pared titanium showed stable superhydrophobieity in the face of low temperature(-10 ℃),high temperature(100 ℃),acid and base liquid,as well as water column impacting. Superhydropbobic and self-cleaning properties of titanium and titanium alloy can im- prove their stain resistance,which contribute significantly to titanium and titanium alloy widely use in outdoor building.
