摘要
通过因子分析进行数据处理,得出江西产业地产投资环境的主要影响因素和近几年江西产业地产投资环境评价的综合排序。提出以科学规划引领区域发展,提升区域经济发展水平,规范金融体系,打造强大房地产融资平台,完善基础设施建设,提升城市建设质量的发展对策。
We can reach the main factors affecting Jiangxi industrial real estate investment environment and comprehensive sort of environmental assessment in recent years by using factor analysis method to deal with relevant data. The paper puts forward the corresponding measures leading the scientific planning of regional development to enhance the level of regional economic development, regulating the financial system to build a strong platform for real estate financing, and improving infrastructure to improve the quality of urban construction.
