摘要
利用Matlab软件平台搭建了光伏电池阵列的仿真电路模型,研究了光照因素、温度因素及光伏电池内部参数对光伏阵列电气特性的影响,并针对动态光照条件下光伏阵列的输出特性进行仿真和计算.研究结果表明:光照强度、温度和串联电阻的变化对光伏阵列开路电压、短路电流、伏安特性、输出功率及最佳工作点具有显著影响,光伏阵列的仿真模型可以较好实现光伏阵列的动态仿真.
A circuit simulation model of photovoltaic array was developed based on Matlab / Simulink soft-ware,the effects of solar insolation,temperature and photovoltaic cell parameters on electrical behavior of photovoltaic array were analyzed,and the output characteristics of photovoltaic array under dynamic irra-diance condition were simulated and calculated. The simulation results indicated that irradiance,tempera-ture and series resistor have significant impact on open-curcuit voltage,short-circuit current,volt-am-pere characteristic,output power and optimum working point of photovoltaic array. The developed model is capable of accomplishing dynamic simulation of photovoltaic array.
