摘要
目前,我国相对滞后的老年护理教育尚无法满足快速老龄化所带来的日益增加的老年护理需求。以自我决定理论为基础对老年护理学进行教学设计,通过创建满足自主、能力、关系三大心理需求的教学环境激发学生学习老年护理学的内部动机、促进外部动机的内化,以培养适应社会发展需求的实用型老年护理人才。
the conventional elder care education can't follow the demand created by the aging population. This study uses self- decision making theory to design the teaching of elder care. Through creating teaching content involving self- efficacy, competences, and relation-ships, the motivations for learning are internalized, which may facilitate the training of elder care professionals that meet the demand of society.
