浅谈国外的医学生职业认同形成理论以及促进职业认同形成的三个关键的行为习惯:反思能力;人际关系;弹性力等,为医学人文和素质教育提供参考。
This paper recommends theories on the formation of a job identity and habitual behavior such as reflection, relationship, and resilience that fosters the formation of a job identity. The study may provide foundation for humanistic education studies.
