摘要
目的:分析探讨口腔解剖生理实习教学方法和考核制度改革是否有利于提高学生综合能力。方法:在传统教学模式的基础上引入PBL教学模式;学生完成所有实习课程后,实行实习考核制度,并对教学效果进行调查分析。结果:PBL教学模式相比传统教学模式可以显著提高学生自主学习能力。实施实习考核制度可明显提高口腔解剖生理学教学质量,大大提高对理论课的理解与掌握。结论:口腔解剖生理实习课引入PBL教学模式有助于提高学生的自主学习能力。口腔解剖生理实习教学考核制度可以增强教学效果、提高学生实践能力。
Objective: to find out the effectiveness of reforming mentorship in the clinical practicum of oral anatomy and physiology. Meth- ods: PBL was used on the basis of conventional methods. Students took test after they finish learning in the preceptorship. Results: PBL signif-icantly improved students' self- directed learning skills. The tests after the preceptorship can improve learning outcomes. Conclusions: Using PBL can help students build self- directed learning skills. The evaluation after the preceptorship can lead to better learning outcomes.
