摘要
目的:探讨PBL联合多媒体技术教学模式在消化内科临床实习教学的应用价值。方法:我院消化内科实习24名学生,分为PBL联合多媒体教学组及传统教学组。比较两组实习生教学质量、教学效果的影响及对教学的满意度评价。结果:与传统教学组比较,PBL联合多媒体教学模式可以明显提高消化内科实习医师的教学质量,学生的满意度提高。结论:PBL联合多媒体技术教学模式有助于消化内科实习医师学生临床思维的培养,明显提高教学质量。
objective: To find out the effects of using PBL and multimedia technology in clinical practicum of gastroenterology. Methods: 24 students participated a randomized controlled trial. Results: The experimental group had better learning outcomes and were more satisfied with their learning experience than the control group. Conclusions: the new approach can help build clinical thinking and improve learning out-come.
