石家庄市养老机构护理人员培训现状及需求 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解石家庄市养老机构护理人员的一般情况、培训现状和培训需求,为政府部门制定养老机构护理人员培训决策提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法抽取石家庄市3所养老机构的80名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果养老护理人员的平均年龄(47.95±8.51)岁,已婚女性为主,初中文化程度居多,持证率为68.35%,13.70%的护理人员从未接受过培训,所有人员均愿意参加培训。养老护理相关知识总分为(19.34±3.66)分,得分最高的是日常生活知识(3.89±1.03)分,得分最低的为康复指导知识(1.90±1.19)分。是否持证养老护理人员的知识得分比较有统计学意义(t=2.243,P<0.05)。结论石家庄市养老机构护理人员年龄偏大,学历层次较低,工作年限较短,专业素质偏低,培训现状和养老护理知识掌握情况不容乐观,需要为其提供专业的养老护理专业知识培训。 Objective To investigate the status and training demands of nursing staffs in nursing home in Shiji- azhuang city. Methods Select cluster sampling to investigate 80 nursing staff from chosen nursing home in Shiji- azhuang. Results The average age was (47.95 + 8.51 ) years old, most were married women, and their education levels mainly were junior middle school. The rate of qualification certificate was 68.35%, 13.70% of the nursing staff never accepted training, all people wanted to participate in training. The average points of the knowledge was 19.34 + 3.66, the highest score was the knowledge of life care, the lowest was rehabilitation knowledge. The qualification certificate had significant influence on knowledge score ( t = 2. 243, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The nursing staff of nursing home in Shijiazhuang are with low educational level, advanced age, low professional quality. They need to provide professional old-age nursing and professional knowledge training.
