摘要
介绍了某超高压直流换流站交流滤波器开关投运以来的运行情况,结合2010年—2011年对交流滤波器开关所做的SF_6气体组分分析结果以及该型开关灭弧室返厂解体情况,重点分析了气体组分产生异常的原因。结果表明,开关短时间内频繁关断时高能量放电使电极材料汽化,与低氟硫化物发生反应,生成复杂的分解产物。最后,给出了针对该类型开关气体组分异常的处理建议。
The operation of AC filter switch in an EHV converter station is introduced in this paper. In order to get the cause of abnormal gas eomponents, the gas composition in the switch is investigated, and arc chamber is also disintegrated for analysis. It is found that electrode material would evaporate under high energy density. Subsequently, the metal wlpor would react with low fluorine sulfide, which would generate complex decomposition. At last, the measures of abnormal gas components are proposed in this paper.
