摘要
以某局历年来发生的各类钻探事故统计分析资料为基础,通过钻探施工事故饼状统计图,找出了钻探施工事故易发类型为:机械伤害、物体打击、高处坠落。这3类事故占到事故总起数的71%。进而,对这3类易发事故所对应的危险源,利用"预先危险分析法和定性分析法"进行了全面分析,并按3类事故分别提出了风险控制预防事故的技术、管理措施。
Based on the data statistical analysis of various types of drilling accident occurred in a bureau over these years, through pie chart of drilling accident the drilling accident are classified as me-chanical damage, object strike and falling from a height. These three types of accidents accounted for 71%of the total number of accidents. Further, the corresponding risk sources of these three types of accidents are analyzed comprehensively by“preliminary hazard analysis method and qualitative analysis method”, and tech-nology and management measures of accident prevention and risk management are respectively put forward according to the three types of accidents.
