Governance Order and Institution Choice from the Perspective of Contentious Politics

社会治理是一项浩瀚繁杂的系统工程,频发的社会抗争表征着民众与现有体制的裂度,解构着制度的刚性,影响社会稳定,降低政治认同.在社会治理中,制度起着基础性的决定作用,在抗争政治学的研究视角下,制度选择在宏观上应考量发展与秩序的问题,在微观上应考量利益、权利和权力的边界问题,在制度存量和增量上应考量其短缺和剩余的问题,而在效益上应考量其成本和收益的问题.

Social governance is a vast ,complex and systematic project .Frequent social protests characterize the fracture degree between the masses and the current system ,deconstruct the rigidity of the system ,affect social stability and reduce political identity .In social governance ,institutions play a decisive role .From the perspective of comtentions politics ,selecting institutions needs to examine development and order at the macro level ,and the boundary of interest ,right and power at the mirco level .As for the stock and increment of institutions ,their shortage and surplus should be considered . T heir cost and benefit should be considered as for the effectiveness of institutions .
