Gantry crane is the main equipment in the yard in container terminal,the status of drivers and mainte- nance personnel as well as the performance of boarding stair can directly affect the people and equipment safety~ This paper analyzes the reason for the frequent crazing and provides effective approach to eliminate security risks and solve the frequent crazing of the boarding stair through technical innovation.
