分级管理常态化下的抗感染药物使用现状分析

The Analysis of Prevalent Status of Antibacterial Drugs under the Normalization of Classified Management of Antibiotics

由于近期国家相关政策与制度的频繁颁布和出台,波及了整个医药产业链,也左右了全国医药市场。本文运用近5年样本医院药品购入数据,从样本医院整体市场、用药大类的份额占比、医院购入抗感染药品的小类份额变化,及金额领先的抗感染药物品种统计、使用领先抗感染药物的主要供应商分析等维度,研究医院使用抗感染药品种的变化及厂商的竞争情况。可见,国家对抗感染药物管理已取得了一定的成效,抗感染药物购入金额已从负增长的困境中走出并成为新常态;该大类药物占医院用药份额虽出现明显的下降,但占医院药品的份额目前还是位居第一,可见此大类药在医院用药地位是不容忽视的;随着分级诊疗的深入实施,基层医院使用抗感染药物品种将会增多与金额增大,或会影响二三级医院同类品种甚至用药总金额的增长幅度。

Recently, many policies with regard to new health care reform were introduced, which had affected the entire pharmaceutical industry chain and the market. Using the data of total amount of drugs purchased in the sample hospitals in past 5 years, this paper studied the change of varieties of antibacterial drugs used in hospital and the competition status among suppliers, by analyzing the change of the overall market of sample hospitals, the change of the share of medication categories and especially the share of antibacterial drugs purchased by hospitals, and the case of leading varieties of antibacterial drugs and their major supplidrs. The result showed that the administration of antibiotics had already achieved some results. The growth rate of antibacterial drugs was from negative to positive and made it the new normal; Though the market share of antibacterial drugs had experienced dramatic decline, its sales volume still took lead in hospital medication, indicating antibiotics were not insignificant in hospital medications; With the implementation of grading diagnosis and treatment, the varieties and sales volume of antibacterial drugs would increase in primary hospitals, and the growth rate of tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals might be affected.
