摘要
选择不同HLB值的乳化剂和不同种类的抗氧剂,采用查看外观性状、离心、耐热耐寒、高温影响因素等试验,筛选出稳定的O/W型萘替芬酮康唑乳膏配方。结果表明以吐温80和司盘60为组合乳化剂(HLB值为12.8),亚硫酸氢钠为抗氧剂的配方,稳定性良好。通过6个月加速稳定性考察,乳膏的各项指标均符合要求。
A stable O/W type formulation of Naftifine Hydrochloride and Ketoconazole Cream can be found by optimizing different HLB value of emulsifiers and different kinds of antioxidants through the appearance, centrifugation and high temperature factor test. The samples were stable when the HLB value of the emulsifiers was 12.8, which was obtained by mixing tween 80 and span 60, and the antioxidant was sodium bisulfite. After 6 months accelerated test, the quality of the cream can meet the standard.
