针刺四关配合艾灸百会治疗围绝经期妇女抑郁症20例疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture at Siguan with Moxibustion Baihui on the Treatment of 20 Perimenopausal Depression Patients

目的观察针刺四关穴配合艾灸百会穴治疗围绝经期妇女抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将40例围绝经期妇女抑郁症患者分为2组各20例,试验组采用针刺四关穴配合艾灸百会穴治疗;对照组采用口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗。观察2组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD 24项)评分及临床疗效。结果总有效率试验组95%,对照组80%,2组临床疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组试治疗4周后及8周后,2组的HAMD评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而治疗8周后,2组的HAMD评分均较治疗4周后改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,经治疗后,HAMD评分上,试验组改善程度均较对照组明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺四关穴配合艾灸百会穴治疗围绝经期抑郁症在总有效率、HAMD评分方面优于服用盐酸氟西汀胶囊。故可得出针刺四关穴配合艾灸百会穴可作为围绝经期抑郁症的一种有效疗法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Siguan point combined with moxibustion Baihui on the treat- ment of perimenopausal depression patients. Methods： 40 patients were divided into two groups, 20 cases per groups. The test group re- ceived acupuncture at Siguan point with moxibustion Baihui treatment while the control group was given oral administration of fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule. Hamilton Depression Scale （ HAMD 24 terms） grades and clinical effect of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results： The total effectiveness of the test group was 95% while that of the control group was 80%. The comparison of the two group showed the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. After 4 - week and 8 - week treatment, HAMD scores of the two groups improved, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. After 8 - week treatment, HAMD scores of the two groups improved better than that of 4 - week treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The comparison between the two groups after the treatment, HAMD score of the test group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Signan point with moxibustion Baihui point is an effective treatment for perimenopausal depression.
