摘要
当前,我国高校教师职业倦怠的问题相当突出。国外相当一部分高校长期开展EAP项目用于干预和缓解教师的职业倦怠感,然而EAP项目在中国高校尚未开展。分析我国高校教师职业倦怠的现状及其形成原因,探讨引入员工援助计划(EAP)缓解高校教师职业倦怠的可能性,旨在破解高校教师职业倦怠难题。
Employee Assistance Program, referred to as EAP,is a set of systems,long-term benefits and support programs for employees. The professional personnel of tissue diagnosis, suggestions and for employees and their immediate family members provide professional guidance, training and consulting, to help various psychological and behavioral problems of solve the employees and their family members, improve work performance of employee in the enterprise.Currently in foreign universities, a considerable part of the long-term development of the EAP project for the intervention and ease the teacher's job burnout. Through the development of the project, the researchers found that the project has a unique advantage in stimulating the enthusiasm of teachers, adjusting the teachers' job burnout and overcoming the psychological pressure. However,the development of EAP project in China's colleges and universities is still blank.At present, there are a large number and the problems of teachers' occupational burnout are also outs of teachers in Colleges and universities in China, tanding. This paper analyzes the current situation and the reasons of the job burnout of university teachers in our country,and discusses the possibility of the introduction of the employee assistance program (EAP) to ease the job bumout.
