摘要
目的研究分析载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)基因rs12721026多态性与脑出血的关系。方法选取郑州人民医院神经内科自2014年5月至2015年6月收治的180例脑出血患者(脑出血组)和同期收集的100例正常人群(正常组),测定2组人群的ApoAI基因rs12721026多态性并对比2组人群的血脂指标差异。结果脑出血组患者的ApoAI基因rs12721026多态性等位基因中G、T的频率与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。脑出血组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)的水平显著高于正常组、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈 0.05);脑出血患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、ApoAI、脂蛋白(Lp)水平与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。TT与GG/TG基因型脑出血患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoAI、Lp水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);TT基因型脑出血患者的HDL-C水平显著低于GG/TG基因型患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论ApoAI基因rs12721026多态性与脑出血发病的关系不明显,但是可能与患者HDL-C水平降低有关。
Objective To study the relationship between apolipoprotein AI (ApoAl) gene rs12721026 polymorphism and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and eighty patents with cerebral hemorrhage, admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015, were enrolled as ICH group, and 100 normal subjects were chosen as control group. ApoAI gene polymorphisms and related serum lipid parameters of the patients between the two groups were compared. Results The frequency of ApoAl gene polymorphism rs12721026 alleles G and T in the ICH group showed no significant difference as compared with that in the control group (P〉0.05). The total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) levels in the ICH group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level in the ICH group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05); There was no statistically significant difference on the low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), ApoAI and lipopolysaeeharide (Lp) levels between the ICH group and control group (P〉0.05). In the ICH group, the TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoAI and Lp levels showed no significant difference between TT and GG/TG rs12721026 genotypes (P〉0.05); HDL-C level of TT genotype was significantly lower than that of GG/TG genotype (P〈0.05). Conclusion ApoAl gene rs12721026 polymorphism shows no obvious role in the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage, but may be associated with reduced HDL-C level.
