高校新生教育的内容与方法——以西安交通大学为例

新生教育是高校育人工作的起点,也是学生个体成长的内在诉求。在对国内外新生教育现状比较和分析的基础上,立足于西安交通大学新生养成教育实践,针对当代大学生特点和需要,对当前的新生教育内容和形式进行了丰富与扩展,提出相对完整的高校新生教育体系。这一全新的新生教育体系,将对学生进入大学学习阶段,顺利完成角色转变,更好地发掘自身潜能,规划好大学生活起到重要的影响作用。

Freshmen orientation is the very start of college education; it is also the inherent demand of students＇ personal growth. Based on comparison and analysis of freshmen education home and abroad and the experience Xi＇an Jiaotong University has gained in freshmen formative education this article puts forth a rather complete college orientation system with enriched contents and expanded approaches that are in conformity with the characteristics and needs of the new students. It is hoped that the proposed system can help students in a large way to move into the learning stage with smooth role transition and to explore their potential with better plans for their college life.
