摘要
"新老生同室"作为朋辈教育的一种教育模式,运用榜样示范、对话交往、同伴教学和朋辈心理辅导的教育方法,通过"以老带新"的方式,有利于帮助新生适应大学生活和提高学业成绩,加强新生心理健康教育和实现老生自我教育。"新老生同室"模式要从运行机制、选拔培训、住宿模式、考评激励四个方面构建,切实提高"新老生同室"的教育实效。
Letting the freshmen share the room with the seniors is an attempt at peer education in colleges and universities. Through example effect, conversations and interactions and peer tutoring and counseling, the freshmen can more easily adapt to their new life and be more effective in their academic learning. While helping the new students to maintain their psychological health, the old students can achieve better self-education. Success of the room-sharing pattern depends on the mechanisms for its operation, member selection, accommodation style and evaluation and stimulation.
