职业类社团在大学生发展中作用的实证研究——基于安徽9所高校的调查

An Empirical Study of the Role of Professional College Clubs in Students' Growth

职业类社团在提高大学生综合素养、就业创业能力和职业规划意识方面发挥了积极的作用。从思想政治教育的角度和理念出发,结合安徽省部分高校职业类社团的实证调查,以职业类社团的角色定位(性质和功能定位)为主要内容,探析职业类社团发展过程中存在的问题,从社团宗旨、社团管理、社团活动、师资投入、社团交流等方面提出该类社团健康发展的对策性建议。

professional college clubs play a very active role in raising students＇ comprehensive quality, their employability and entrepreneurial ability and their career planning awareness. From the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper defines the role, nature and function of profes- sional college clubs and examines the existing problems in their development. It then discusses how to promote these clubs＇ wholesome development through efforts regarding the objectives, the management, the activities, the teaching investment and the communication.
