摘要
近年来教育界高度关注中学生创新能力的培养,但效果一般,原因在于脱离中学生个性特质。本文基于个体视角探讨了中学生自我效能感、情绪智力对创新行为的影响关系研究,建立三者间的关系模型,并采用层级回归分析的方法,应用甘肃省天水市某中学高一年级进行问卷调查获取的330份有效数据,分析结果表明:(1)自我效能感对中学生创新行为有显著的预测作用;(2)情绪智力在自我效能感与创新行为之间起到负向调节作用,且主要体现在情绪控制维度。
Recently, educational circle payed much attention to develop innovation ability of middle school students. But the effect was not ideal. This paper based on the individual perspectives discussed the impact of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on innovation behavior of middle school students. By a model of relationship among the three variables established by hierarchical regression analysis on 330 valid data, obtained from the Tianshui of Gansu province, the results showed that: (1) self-efficacy has significant predictive effect; (2) the emotional intelligence can adjust the self-efficacy and innovation behavior, and mainly reflects in emotional control dimensions.
