摘要
地方本科高校通常具有发展历史短、基础薄、资源缺、地方性强等共同特征,课程建设相对落后,亟待加大建设力度。"课程建设教授负责制"以课程和师资队伍建设为双重目标,对于提升地方本科高校课程建设质量、提升师资队伍水平以及提高教学管理效率均具有积极意义。对于今后课程建设教授负责制的推动,应坚持以课程团队为抓手、以精品课程为目标、以课程网络化专题化为途径、以深化课程改革为动力。
Local universities typically have a short history, a common feature of thin foundation, lack of resources. Course construction is relatively backward in urgent need of increased construction. "Curriculum Professor Responsibility System" takes dual objectives curriculum and faculty development. It can benefit to enhance the quality of courses, the level of teachers and the teaching management efficiency. The promotion of future course construction system, should adhere to the faculty as a starting point, take quality curriculum as the goal, and the Curricular themes as a ways, the curriculum reform as the driving force.
