摘要
本试验研究复合微生态制剂Q600-400对蛋鸡生长性能和蛋品质的影响。结果表明，复合微生态制剂Q600-400可显著提高产蛋率、蛋重（p〈0．05），显著降低料蛋比、蛋破损率、次蛋率及腹泻率（P〈O．05）；还能显著提高鸡蛋的蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色、蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、灰分含量（P〈O．05），显著降低胆固醇含量（P〈O．05）。
The test was about the effect of compound probiotics on production performance and egg quality of layers. The results showed that compound probiotics could significantly improve laying rate, egg weight （P〈O.05） , significantly reduce feed to egg ratio, broken egg rate, the un- qualified rate of egg and diarrhea rate （P 〈 O. 05 ）, but also could significantly improve eggshell strength, egg yolk color, protein content, fat content, ash content （ P 〈0.05 ）, significantly reduce feed-weight ratio ,and improve spleen index （P〉0.05） , significantly increase cholesterol content （P〈0.05）.
