欧洲碳捕集与封存知识共享平台的实践经验与启示 被引量:2

摘要 碳捕集与封存(CCS)技术是应对气候变化最有前景的手段之一。目前,CCS领域的国际合作十分普遍,在这些合作中,知识能否得到有效的共享关系到整个合作能否顺利进行并取得预期成果。欧洲CCS示范项目网络是欧盟建立的首个技术示范的知识共享平台,有力地推动了CCS知识成果和示范经验的共享与传播。文章对这一知识共享平台的运作机制进行了系统分析,总结了其实践经验,提出了跨国CCS知识共享中的可行路径,旨在为中国在CCS领域以及其他技术领域的国际合作提供知识共享的借鉴和参考。 Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technology is one of the important means to tackle climate change. At present, the in- ternational cooperation in the field of CCS is quite common. In these cooperation, whether the knowledge can be effectively shared is closely related to the success of whole cooperation and the achievement the expected results. European CCS Demonstration Project Net- work is the first knowledge sharing platform of technology demonstration that EC has established, which powerfully promote the sharing and communication of CCS knowledge and demonstration experience. The operation mechanism of this knowledge sharing platform is ana- lyzed, the practical experience of its operation is summarized, and the feasible paths for China in international CCS knowledge sharing are put forward in this paper in order to provide China a reference model of knowledge sharing in international cooperation projects in the field of CCS, as well as other technical fields.
