椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨应用椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 50例腰椎间盘突出症患者,均行椎间孔镜下腰椎间突出摘除术,采用视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及改良MacNab标准评价疗效。结果 50例均在椎间孔镜下完成手术,术后1周、3个月VAS评分[(1.0±0.6)、(0.6±0.2)分]较术前[(5.9±0.5)分]明显降低(P<0.01);疗效优30例,良15例,可3例,差2例,治疗优良率为90%。结论椎间孔镜下微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。 Objective To explore the operation outcome of transforaminal endoscopic spine system in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Fifty cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated by transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy. The effect was evaluated by using visual analogue scale (VAS) and modified MacNab standard. Results All operations were completed under transforaminal endoscopic spine system. VAS score was significantly lower in 1 and 3 months after operation (1.0±0.6, 0.6±0.2) than that before operation (5.9±0.5) (P〈0.01). The operation result was excellent in 30 cases, good in 15, fair in 3 and bad in 2, with the excellent and good rate of 90%. Conclusion Transforaminal endoscopic spine system is effective for lumbar disc herniation.
