摘要
针对生产订单库存匹配问题,建立了生产订单库存匹配的数学模型。针对建立的5个目标的数学模型,为快速有效的得到生产订单库存匹配的解,提出基于启发式算法的库存匹配方法。该方法包括3个阶段的匹配策略,实时数据获取、基于变量选择启发式算法确定生产订单匹配顺序和基于启发式算法的库存匹配。根据5个目标的优先级,首先确定优先级最高的目标并使其最优,其次,按照优先级顺序依次保证其他目标最优。通过提出的算法可以找到库存匹配问题的较优解,以满足生产过程的需求。
According to the inventory matching problem of production orders, the mathematical model is established. Inventory matching method based on heuristic algorithm is proposed in this paper in order to quickly and effectively get the solution with the five goal mathematical models established. The matching strategy includes three stages: real-time data acquisition, determination of the production order matching order based on variable selection heuristic algorithm and inventory matching based on heuristic algorithm. According to the priority of the five goals, first determine the highest priority target and make it optimal; secondly, according to the priority sequence, ensure other goals are optimal. By the proposed algorithm, we can find the optimal solution for the inventory matching problem, in order to meet the requirements of production process.
