某天然气长输管道增压站压缩机组全部采用国产化设备,在投产运行中出现了干气密封一级泄漏气无压力及流量、主电机浮动密封环严重磨损转子、机组电机正压通风压力低报连锁停机3项问题;在排查分析过程中,发现盲法兰螺栓未紧固到位、密封胶涂抹位置不合理、通风系统接头漏风和仪表管线未清理干净,分别是以上问题的症结点;通过采取相应有效的整改措施,保障了压缩机组安全平稳运行。
A booster station of a certain long natural gas pipeline is installed with an air compressor equipment, which is completely homemade. After commissioning, three problems have been identified during operation: zero pressure and zero flowrate of dry gas sealing primary leakage gas; floating seal ring of the main motor wearing the rotors heavily; the unit motor having a low positive ven- tilation pressure, resulting in interlocked shutdown. It was found in troubleshooting that the flange bolts had not been tightened prop- erly, the sealing glue had not been applied to correct places, the ventilation system was leaking air at joints, and the instrumentation pipelines had not been properly cleaned, contributing to the above problems. Appropriate rectification measures were taken, which have ensured the safe and stable operation of the air compressor unit.
