黔东南中药材主产区土壤重金属含量调查与评价

Investigation and Evaluation of Heavy Metal Content in Soil of Chinese Herbal Medicines Cultivation Areas of Qiandongnan

探明黔东南中药材主产区土壤重金属污染特征,为中药材种植规划和GAP基地建设提供科学依据。以黔东南州中药材主产区的65个基地土壤为供试样品,测定重金属镉、汞、砷、铜、铅、铬、锌、镍的含量,采用单因子指数法和综合指数法对土壤环境质量现状进行分析评价。结果表明:65个基地的土壤样品处在尚清洁安全水平以上的点有62个,占调查点的95.38%,有3个样品属于轻污染级,最高指数为1.22。表明该地区土壤重金属污染尚轻,土壤环境质量总体适宜中药材种植。

To verify the characteristics of soil heavy metal pollution of the main Chinese herbal medicines planted in Qiandongnan pre- fecture, and provide scientific basis for the planting planning and GAP base construction of Chinese herbal medicines. In the main Chi- nese herbal medicines planted of Qiandongnan prefecture, take soil samples in 65 bases to measure the heavy metal content among cad- mium, mercury, arsenic, copper, lead, chromium, zinc, nickel by using single factor index method and the comprehensive index method to analyze and evaluate the current status of soil environmental quality. The results showed that there were 62 soil samples were in the clean and safe level in the 65 bases, which accounting for 95.38% of the survey point. However, there were 3 soil samples were in the light pollution level, and the highest index was 1.22. It indicated that the heavy metal pollution in the area soil was still light, and the quality of soil environment is generally suitable for the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines.
