摘要
利用钼酸铵和硫化钠为原料,聚乙二醇为分散剂,用1∶1盐酸溶液控制体系p H值1~2,制备出非晶态三硫化钼。然后在氢气氛下煅烧三硫化钼得到IF-纳米二硫化钼。通过单因素条件实验研究了反应温度、反应时间、摩尔配比、分散剂用量等因素对三硫化钼转化率的影响;利用正交实验得出制备三硫化钼优化工艺条件。经X射线衍射仪(XRD)与透镜电子显微镜(TEM)表征显示,由三硫化钼制备的IF-纳米二硫化钼的粒径约在30~60 nm左右。
Using ammonium molybdate and sodium sulphide as raw material, polyethylene glycol as dispersant, a- morphous state molybdenum hemitrisulfide under 1:1 HCl solution control system was prepared. And then IF- nanosealed molybdenum disulfide by calcining in hydrogen atmosphere was got. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio on molybdenum hemitrisulfide percent conversion was studied; And molybdenum hemi- trisulfide preparation technological conditions Optimization was obtained in orthogonal experiment. Observing by X- ray diffraction (XRD) and electron microscope (TEM) characterization of lens, IF-nanosealed molybdenum disulfide's partical size,made by molybdenum hemitrisulfide, is 30 - 60 nm.
