多管粉末还原炉控制系统分析与改进

摘要 本文所述的多管还原炉为金属分公司从美国引进的500 t/a钼粉生产线用于钼粉二次还原的主要工艺装备。其控制架构采用德国西门子S7-300系列分布式从站PLC控制系统。多年的生产实践中,在对该控制系统进行深入分析的基础上,对其软硬件系统进行了多处改进,提升了过程自动化和生产管理信息化程度,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。 The Multi-tubes powder reduction furnace referred in this paper was the main technological equipment of the 500 t/a molybdenum powder production line used for the secondary reduction process, which was introduced by JDC's Metal Branch from the USA. Its control architecture uses S7-300 PLC distributed control system produced by Siemens. For years of productive practice, many improvements of the hardware and software were made, based on the in-depth analysis of the control system, which have greatly improved the automation standers and information levels, and achieved preferable economic and social benefits.
