摘要
液氧气化站是近几年工厂生产中最普遍使用的氧气供应方式,其设计的优劣将直接影响到工厂氧气供应是否顺畅,进而关系到整个工厂生产的稳定性。对液氧气化站典型的工艺流程做了简要介绍,并以钢结构加工厂的氧气改造项目为例,对液氧气化站的工艺计算、设备选型计算及布置、工艺管道及其附件的材料选取等设计要点进行了详细探讨,对在设计过程中应该重点关注的安全问题做了特别说明,最后,提出了在气化站实际生产运行过程中值得注意的几项要点。
Liquid oxygen gasification station is one of the most commonly used methods of oxygen supply in the factory production in recent years, the advantages and disadvantages of the design will directly effect the smoothly of the oxygen supply, and thus relate to the stability of the whole factory production. The typical technological processes of the oxygen gasification station were briefly introduced, and as the oxygen reconstruction project of steel structure processing factory an example, the design points about calculation process of the oxygen gasification station, equipment selection calculation and layout, process piping and the material selection of attachment were discussed in detail, the security should be focused on in the design process, finally, several important points which be paid attention to in the actual production and operation of the gasification station were put forward.
