电针对功能性消化不良大鼠血清GAS和SS的影响

Effect of electroacupuncture on serum GAS and SS in rats with functional dyspepsia

目的:观察电针对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠一般情况、胃排空率、血清胃泌素(GAS)和生长抑素(SS)的影响。方法:将24只雄性SD大鼠,按照随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、电针组,每组8只。除空白组外,其余各组采用夹尾刺激法配合隔日进食制备FD大鼠模型,造模成功后,取"足三里"和"太冲"穴治疗电针组大鼠,空白组、模型组予束缚固定,每日1次,共14天。治疗结束后,分别对3组大鼠检测胃排空,双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定血清中GAS、SS的表达水平,苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察胃窦组织。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠体重明显减轻(P<0.05)、胃排空延迟(P<0.01)、血清GAS、SS的含量均有显著性差异(P<0.01);与模型组相比,电针组体重增加(P<0.05),胃排空增快(P<0.05),GAS在血清的含量增加(P<0.05),SS在血清的含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:电针治疗可调节功能性消化不良模型大鼠血清中脑肠肽GAS及SS的表达,加速胃排空,改善功能性消化不良症状。

Objective：To observe the effects of electroacupuncture （EA） on general state, gastric emptying rate, serum gastrin（GAS） and somatostatin （SS） in rats with functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods： 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, EA group, 8 rats in each group. Except control group, the each group of rest was made into FD rat model by tail-clamp stimulation combimed with dieting every other day. After the modeling, the rats of EA group were treated by EA at ZU SAN LI and TAI CHONG acupoints, the control group and the model group were bound and fixed, once daily, a total of 14 days. After treatment, the gastric emptyings of rats in three groups were detected respectively;the expression levels of GAS and SS in serum were determined by DAS- ELISA; the gastric antrum tissue was observed by HE stain. Results：Compared with the control group, the weight of rats in model group was significantly reduced （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the gastric emptying was delayed （P 〈0. 01 ） ;the contents of serum GAS and SS were obviously different （P 〈0 01. ）. Compared with the model group, the weight of rats in EA group was increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the gastric emptying was faster （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the content of serum GAS was increased （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the content of serum SS was obviously reduced （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Electroaeupuncture （EA） can regulate the expressions of serum GAS and SS in model rats with functional dyspepsia, speed up the gastric emptying and improve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia.
