Improvement on Synthesis of Caffeic Acid Phenethyl Ester

摘要 以米氏酸、2-苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯甲醛为原料,甘氨酸为催化剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为助溶剂,甲苯为溶剂,经Knoevenagel缩合反应一锅法合成了目标化合物(CAPE),收率为85.0%(以3,4-二羟基苯甲醛计),纯度99.1%(HPLC法)。 Caffeie acid phenethyl ester was synthesized from isopropylidene malonate,2-phenylethanol and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde by Knoevenagel-Doebner condensation with the catalysis of glycine in one-pot. The yield of CAPE was 85.0% based on 3,4- dihydroxybenzaldchyde and the purity was 99.1% (HPLC).
